What do you love most about your job?
Working with people from lots of different backgrounds and seeing then develop as leaders and managers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom to live in a beautiful place (although I'm prepared to travel). Variety of work. Opportunities to do new things and to keep learning.
