Julien was absolutely brilliant. My request was to help an elderly couple get their 3 seater outdoor seat repaired as it was unsafe to use.
Julien wnt round within 48 hours, explained what was needed and how much it would cost.
He was extremely polite and knowledgable which gave the couple confidence in him.
The work was completed, the cost was as quoted and the seat is beautiful & very safe.
