How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
That’s a really good question, generally if you have a prefabricated garage, meaning that it was built in sections and it has an asbestos roof, then it wouldn’t be worth investing the money
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A garage conversion consists of removing the door and building a new wall off foundations (which Which we usually will have to provide. Then the walls are prepared and usually patent the floor will need insulation and a new floor plus the walls will need to be insulated and plaster boarded and skimmed finished. Plus here are some of the many uses:
About 90% of garages are suitable for a conversion. The uses include: Art studio, home office, playroom, granny flat, teenage isolation unit, and many many more uses.

Collectively if we add the experience and the time of all of our tradespeople together it would amount to a massive amount of years. But as a business we’ve been around since 2006. We love helping people and solving intricate building problems.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All of our work is guaranteed, for instance if we refurbish a kitchen all of the appliances will carry a manufactures three year warranty normally, we don’t set a time on our guarantee for workmanship because we never have to go back on a job for poor workmanship. Our motto is take your time and do it right first time.
What do you love most about your job?
I guess it’s having the ability to create something nice that will remain for years for instance tiling your kitchen and making it blend with all the colour coordinates, 90% of our customers come back to us for more work.
