Great experience! Altered a wedding dress for me and did so at last minute too! Received lots of compliments, somebody even asked me if my dress was Vivienne Westwood :D

I found Marsha through bark and she contacted me straight away via phone. I explained how I needed wedding dress alterations but it would have to be very last minute and on a short timeline as I would be 8 months pregnant for my wedding day. Marsha was super reassuring from the get go and told me she can do it and will make sure I still felt beautiful on my wedding day. With another little one at home, it was amazing that Marsha came to my house each time we had a fitting, as this made life so much easier. She was always punctual and let me know in advance when she would be coming. At our fittings, I felt so comfortable. Marsha was easy to talk to, clearly explained the work she would be doing and made you feel special. She has made my wedding dress perfect and I’m so grateful that I found her. I cannot recommend Marsha enough! She was my bridal dresser on my wedding day, and she was truly a lifesaver. She steamed my dress and veil to perfection, helped me get into my gown, and made sure every detail was flawless. Solo Flair was incredible. I needed my wedding dress taken in last minute which I thought was going to be impossible to get done. However, she picked it up on Thursday and I got it back on Tuesday! Not only was she super efficient, but was so kind and a pleasure to work with. There was great communication throughout the process and she managed to do all her magic at a reasonable price. One thing I was worried about most when I decided to book my wedding with 4 weeks till the big day was my dress. At 5ft 2" with a stunning dress but enough length for someone much taller, I was worried about walking down the Isle when I could not get it altered. Everywhere I called were fully booked or charging prices way way beyond budget. Then I got a call from Marsha at Solo Flair, my very own dress angle. Marsha calmed a very flustered bride to be (me) and reassured me that my dress would be done in time for my big day. It was not long before she was at my home measuring up my dress for its alterations. It was so relaxed and comfortable in my own home and Marsha was so at ease I felt like I had a friend round. She was efficient and precise. In plenty of time for my big day Marsha returned to my house with my newly shorted dress and to say it was amazing and perfect is a understatement. The quality of the work was spot on and the length was ideal. I wore thst dress from 12 in the morning till 11 at night and I could walk and move freely, though I did perfect my 'swish' to move my train. I was comfortable, happy and relaxed on my wedding day because of Marsha and I cannot thank her enough. She was kind, welcoming, helpful reassuring and her work is perfect, timely and so so good. This lady is amazing. I put up the notice and Marsha phoned me with 20 minutes. It was very short notice for my dress to be altered for my big day due to being let down by someone else. Marsha went out of her way was very helpful, easy to talk to and likeable. I’m so happy with the alterations she done on my dress and I’m looking forward to wearing it on my big day Saturday.
