Specialising in vintage music from the 1920's to 1970's. Jazz, Swing, Jump Jive and pop classics. Covers from legends such as , Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Michael Buble, Tom Jones, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Prima, Elvis, Neil Diamond, Dorris Day, Louis Jordan, Shirley Bassey, Ray Charles.

Solo male singer using guitar and backing tracks.
Solo female singer using backing tracks.
Duo- Male & female singers with guitar & backing tracks.
Duo- Male vocal & keyboard/piano.
Trio (3)- Male vocal, Double bass or saxophone, keyboard.
Quartet (4) Male & Female vocals Double bass or saxophone, keyboard.
Five piece- Male or female vocal, double bass, saxophone, keyboard, drums.
6 piece- Male & female vocals, Drums, Double bass, Saxophone /clarinet, keyboard.
All duo to 6 piece line ups are our Hot Gin Swing band. That can play all Jazz & Swing classics, plus modern songs in a swing style. Add trumpet & trombone to line up for Hot Gin Swing full 8 piece, for big band .
St Louis Express band are a 7 piece band.
Lead male vocal & two female vocals, drums, double bass, saxophone/ clarinet, guitar, Harmonica.
St Louis Express offer uptempo infectious music to engage audiences, to get feet tapping & audiences dancing.
Playing Swing and Jump Jive standards that most people will recognise.
Resident band at the Depot Cardiff for Peaky Blinder events. Dressing in 1930/40's attire to take audiences back in time to make your event memorable.
All bands and line ups have played many vintage festivals, weddings, corporate and private events.

We have our own PA system, and stage lights. Customers can request background & dance music to be played between sets through our PA.
