RCH just finished up at my bungalow in Livingston. I had 6 windows as well as front and back doors changed over 2 days. Rob, Dave and Leo did an exceptional job and everything looks fantastic. From the sales guy, to the installation team (who you would never have known were here) and finally the after sales/repairs team, their service has been second to none. Just had a new back and front door installed by Craig. Professional service from start to finish, no hard sell, detailed brochures, easy ordering system, all questions answered fully and promptly. On the day Craig arrived promptly, very pleasant guy and excellent craftmanship. Very pleased with the doors and the fitting (even on a cold damp day!). Craig completely cleared all the mess away inside and out. Fully explained the key system and guarantee with the keys. Definitely recommend RCH Windows for your home improvements. More...

We recently had all of our windows replaced by RCH windows and doors, we live in an older house and had all wooden window frames/finishes. The new pvc windows and finishes are honestly like night and day. The company are very professional to deal with and the fitters we had, Barry and his team, were great. The finish on the windows is perfect and the team left the house tidy. As we have an older house, removing the windows was difficult so there was a bit of damage to the plaster in our kitchen which was filled and patched up for us as well. Would highly recommend RCH windows a doors. More...

Then we had someone come out and measure up and confirm what we wanted - you are given paperwork of what you’ve ordered. This includes when you pay which is on day of installation. Then had a phone call to confirm installation date & time. This morning Craig arrived and got to work installing our doors. Had a phone call from Tony taking payment for the doors. Once Craig was finished you pay him his fee. Over all 100% recommend - while experience was fantastic from start to finish. More...

RCH was highly recommended to me by a family member who used them. I needed a new UPVC front door and from the initial contact right through to fitting they have been flawless. I submitted an enquiry via FB and the response and friendly response was exceptional, Full of friendly information advice, delivery anticipation and cost, all straight forward no pushy BS….which I hate and puts me off. Within a day I knew the door I wanted, the availability, the price and had booked someone out for measuring. The team arrived when he said he would, another very friendly call to say when fitting could happen and again the Installation guys were right on time, friendly and tidy.
