Had 5 windows and a door fitted recently by RCH, the workmanship was first class from the fitters who were friendly and professional whilst carrying out the work and leaving the house immaculate upon completion of the job, would definitely recommend to anyone requiring new windows/doors.

I had 8 windows and 2 doors done and was so happy with how it all went was a brilliant job from start to finish Barry and the lads Gilly & Dougie were an excellent team and Barry talked me through and showed me everything as they went along. ..I thought I would be stressed with it all but I wasn't at all they went the extra mile and what a difference in how warmer it is now and quieter as my old windows were nearly 30 yrs and extremely drafty, very happy customer and would recommend them and the communication between RCH was brilliant so thanks to everyone 😀 More...

We recently had our doors and windows installed by RCH Windows & Doors, and overall we are very happy with the service. The fitters — Barry, Dougie and Gilly — were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and worked really hard throughout the installation. Almost everything was fitted without issue, and the quality of their workmanship was great. They were tidy, efficient, and made the whole process feel smooth on installation days. The only issue we experienced was that one of the doors had been made in the wrong size. When we first called RCH about it, we were told over the phone that they would put a rush order in and try to have a replacement door ready for the next day, and that we would receive a call back with an update. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a call back, and no door arrived the following day. We had to call again to find out what was happening, and we were then advised it would take around 1–2 weeks for the correct door to be installed. This was a little disappointing, especially as the sizing mistake wasn’t ours, and we did have to chase for updates rather than being proactively informed. That said, the installation team themselves were fantastic, and aside from the delay with the replacement door, we are pleased with the overall result. We would give RCH Windows & Doors 4 out of 5 stars. With a bit better communication around issues, it would easily have been a 5-star experience. More...
