We contacted RCH and within the week we had a sales representative come to see us to discuss new windows, he was lovely, no sales chat or pressure, just listened to what we wanted, took measurements and gave us a price which we were over the moon with considering how much we have paid CR Smith for doors and a window in the past. We received a phone call from the office the following week to book the surveyor and from that appointment to installation it was about two weeks all in. We are so happy with our new windows, the installation team were so nice and friendly, cleaned up after themselves, put floor protectors down, it didn't even look like they'd been in, didn't take long to fit either. Everyone is super friendly and so helpful at RCH, we could 100% recommend RCH Windows and Doors, we have already to friends and neighbours. More...

Yesterday I had an issue with the lock and someone came out and ensured the door was safe and able to be locked and today, the issue was fixed. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service and wanted to highlight it. Thank you again. Mary More...
