The Team are Absolutely Amazing!!! They don’t stop and their attention to detail is perfect. They talked me through the whole process and what they planned to achieve each day. Converting the Ensuite and main bathroom into one has been well worth it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else now but would highly recommend this team, nothing is too hard or challenging for them. Also very clean tidying up and taking all the old bathroom and rubbish away with them.

Pro-Act Construct Builders were recommended to me by an acquaintance. How lucky I was ! I dealt with Jonathan in the main but I also spoke to Gavin and a few of their colleagues. I had an excellent experience with Jonathan and the boys. I had damproofing, walls hacked off trenches dug out, vents put in, plastering and decorating in my Lounge. They did an excellent job ! They were very professional and very tidy, which made things a lot easier for my wife and I as we are very busy. Such was my trust in Jonathan and the boys, we would give them the key and allow them access to our home when they wanted. This company turn up when they say they are going to turn up and they do a full days work while Jonathan manages the whole job from start to finish. Jonathan provided me with regular updates as to how the job was going and what was going to be done next. In fact I could see the progress they were making every day when I came home from work. I have not met anyone from this company before, but I will definitely be having them back as soon as I can to do some major work to my house. Also just to finish off; the decorator Kris, did an excellent job the finish was fantastic, he was very professional as were all of the boys, from Jonathan and Gavin's company. Great job by John and his crew. My house had quite severe rising damp and was very cold. John assessed the property pointing out all the issues which were causing problems and provided what I believe to be a fair price for the work schedule. The team came promptly and completed the all the work in good time. All the issues were sorted and the property is much the better for it. The team were all skilled and trustworthy. Jonathan and team were asked to sort out wet garage which was caused by leaking roof and water seeping through garage wall. The team arrived first thing in the morning and worked through day until 4.30. Pride was taken in the detail and all work was done to a high and professional standard. Amazing builders. Start work on time and works hard all day. John built me an amazing extension and did all my garden completely hassle free because he took all the stress. We originally wanted a composite fence too but after going through all of the options with John we realized a timber slatted fence would be ideal.
John visited the house to look at the job and I was impressed with his knowledge, directness and attention to detail.
