We had a fantastic experience with Prime Central Residential and can’t thank them enough for their incredible work. What started as an emergency repair for a leaking terrace became a full renovation of our upper floor — bathrooms, bedroom, hallway and outdoor space.
From day one, Stephen and Jules were brilliant. They walked us through every stage, provided clear and transparent quotes, and came up with inspired solutions when we were unsure about layouts. Their ability to blend practicality with elegant design is truly impressive.
Every detail — from the choice of materials to the flawless finish — speaks of true craftsmanship. The project was completed on time, the site was always kept immaculate, and the team’s communication was second to none. We now have a space that feels calm, luxurious and beautifully designed. A really important point to highlight is how hard they worked to find the leaks on our roof and the time and effort that went in to seal the space and make it beautiful. Flat roofs in London can be a real pain, but the team were so incredible.

Stephen and his team installed a new kitchen for me including all the tiling, electrics, lighting etc. The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Communication on things like choices of paint colour and tile selection was excellent and Stephen is very responsive which is really helpful. The work was done on time and to budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I would use them again for further refurbishment in the property. More...
