They took the time to measure everything properly, talk us through our options and never made us feel rushed, which is what made us choose them. We had a tight deadline as we wanted everything finished before the World Cup, and despite working through the UK heatwave, they still managed to get it all completed on time. Did an excellent job of drive renovation at the front of our cottage, clearing away old shingle and installing innovative gravel mats using new pea shingle. This combination provides an attractive, stable and robust surface with the option to pick a gravel colour of choice. We opted for local shingle as this matches the cottage stonework. Our 10 year old grass lawn was struggling to cope with the wet winters combined with terrible clay soil, a dog and a football mad 8 year old. As much as I love a real lawn, we took the decision to replace with artificial grass. We had several quotes from different suppliers, but Kyle's knowledge, experience, professionalism and friendliness gave us the confidence that he was the man for the job. He also had the best quality artificial grass on offer. He allowed us to keep some samples which gave us ample time to make a choice. We went for the "Perfect Lawn". We are extremely happy with the entire process. Kyle couldn't have been more helpful, provided good communication and advice leading up to the start day. The groundworks team led by Maxwell were second to none - very friendly team who worked hard the entire day. Very clean and tidy. We had to use our neighbour's driveway temporarily to store the rubble. After it was collected at the end of the job, you wouldn't even know there had been rubble there. Kyle laid the artificial lawn himself with a colleague to assist. Both just cracked on, took their time to ensure it all fitted as expected. Kyle clearly has high standards, takes pride in his work and takes his time to make sure it's right first time. This is a very delayed review no reflection on this brilliant firm . We had our new lawn laid in July replacing one that was fitted 12 years ago by another firm . Kyle was very quick to see that it had been laid on the wrong sub base . They worked tirelessly in the hottest week of the year removing strip by strip of urine laiden old grass ( we have 6 dogs ) very very heavy work . They then had to dig down deeper than they thought to rid the sub base of sand that had just held onto the pee . No one complained they just kept going in temperatures of 32deg + Kyle worked with me on the design I had in my head and he totally got it right . I reached out to several companies on Bark for artificial lawn quotes that were suitable for dogs, and Kyle came back quickly and professionally to offer his services. He came round several times to assess the area, kept in contact the whole time and incredibly friendly! We did lots of work ourselves and then Kyle fitted us in once we had done our work, he completed the lawn really quickly (despite being so hot!) and we are over the moon with the results. Our Maintenance service was requested from our customers and we listened. There to restore your lawn back to its original condition whilst giving the area a facelift, for only £9.99 (ex vat) per m2.
