We worked with PML Architecture for the refurbishment of our flat. They have been following the whole project; from the initial design, interactions with the council, selection of the contractors through the whole execution of the works.

Phil and Kirisna guided us through a complex refurbishment of our entire house right the way through from the planning and tenders to the construction and interior design. Phil was great to work with, listened carefully to our aims and came up with lots of great ideas many of which we went along with. Once we decided how to proceed, he managed the process all the way through planning, including making adjustments and negotiating with planners, building control, producing architectural drawings, helping with finishes and managing the builders all the way through construction. Just as importantly for us it was completed on time and budget. The extension and redesign to the ground floor is great, has exceeded our expectations with a flexible kitchen and family area, wide folding doors, rooflights, and an entertaining terrace.
