I tried many companies before but the problem was still same , I was scared to hire again and pay , even they provided me guarantee as well but still they can’t resolve the issue.

I hired this company from Barks website to help with a rat issue in the garden.
The technician was 35 minutes late to the first appointment, came, didn’t really look around but laid 4 boxes and arranged to come back at an agreed time 2 weeks later at 9am. He then proceeded to stand over me and watch me access my bank to ensure payment. I was annoyed but let it ride because I wanted the rats gone.
Today was the second appointment and at 10am (1 hour after they were supposed to be here) I called to see where they were. The main telephone number told me it was because of staff on holiday, but the technician told me he was too far away and basically couldn’t be bothered to attend today. I insisted they attend as I have dogs and small children around the boxes and was told 12-2, lo and behold he was late. When the technician arrived he only removed the boxes and didn’t check for any sign of the rats or attempt to remove them as witnessed on my cameras. He was at my house for a total of 3 minutes and part of that included moving his car which he parked on a completely different houses driveway. I missed an entire day of work because they can’t organise their calendar without so much as an apology. sorry about technician came late as we apologise for that as some of our staff is on holidays but we reoslve your rats issue , Baits been consumed and no further activity was there . In our 99% jobs customer dont find dead rats and there were no dead rats over there as well . Regards

A person called me and said he’ll come at 2pm on a Sunday. He turned up one hour later. He said he’s going to do to treatments for £140. He never came back from the second treatment, plus he asked £168 (saying the £18 was for the Vat, which he never mentioned in our conversations. I’ve texted and emailed advising that I’m going to complain and he said “they take complaints very seriously “. No one ever turned up for the second treatment. Used this company twice to deal with a flea infestation, but the issue persists, still being bitten. Their website states they guarantee their service and offer free follow-up treatments if needed, but this hasn’t been honored. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Jasmine , It was mentioned before booking job that if infestation is high then might need more then 1 treatment. Spray treatment is not guaranteed. Heat treatment is guaranteed which is high in cost and your job was booked for spray treatment. Also its very important in fleas treatment that your pest must be treated by vets on time . Delay / avoid treatment of pest ( cats / dogs ) will make infestation more worst. Apologies for inconvenience

I used this company yesterday to do a flea treatment in my house and the guy has completely ruined all of my floors downstairs and some of my kitchen units because he used that much product. When I entered the house after the recommended 5hrs, the house looked like it had been flooded. No warning prior to treatment that it could cause this much damage, assumed it would be a gentle mist but he has ruined so much that we’ve worked hard for, I’m so upset. More...

Apologies for that , There was really high infestation and technician tried to do his best and treat twice , It was always advised if you come back and floor is still wet so leave the doors open and let it dry . Sorry again but hope your problem is solved

Sam phoned in the morning following my enquiry about a wasps nest just outside our back door, and asked a few details. He came back later that day, very pleasant, had a look at the problem and got to work. Easy but when they confirmed the appointment it said it was take around an hour
Or so and my appointment is 12pm-2pm which I took as meaning they was be here at 12pm until 2pm but it actually meant they would be here at some point between 12 and 2 so please be mindful of this

Treatment for the mice problem started at the end of February 2024. By mid-May, by when I had spent quite a lot with this company, the problem had become so much worse that I asked them not to come back.

Hi Anna , Before booking As you said you tried other companies as well but your rats problem is carry on because you are not letting the technicians to do their work , Your previous company used baits in your garden in bad way which could cause problem to your pets but you putting all blame to our technician and shouting on him and even didn’t pay agreed amount also you agreed over the phone that our technician find your actual problem with cameras.
