We were looking for a pet friendly artificial lawn option having fried everything we could to keep a natural lawn looking good with our dog. We decided to go with Trulawn, they were so responsive to our initial enquiry. We had a visit from Gary who was very helpful and knowledgeable in advising what might be best and measured up perfectly. When it came to fitting, it only took 2 days. The skip and all the materials arrived first thing and everything was handled by Connor, Harry and James. They took so much care in looking after our property, ensuring the tarpaulin we provided along with some additional boards they brought were protecting the drive-way for the skip and materials. They laid a cover across our patio to minimise the mess too. The workmanship is honestly very impressive, you can’t see any seams, it’s fitted round our tree and shed so neatly. They were quick, professional and respectful and very skilled. Highly recommend this company! Thank you. More...

It wasn’t a pressure quotation though, very relaxed which was nice. He went the extra mile to accommodate our tight turn around time. Worst service ever seen.... We agreed with sales rep who confirmed it will be 1 joint due to size of garden but on day of installation their team done 3 joints which I queried but they made excuse that don't worry I will not be able to see any joints but till today joints visible…. After one week when I queried again and all in writing on email, first they made excuse it could be weather so turf not settled and ask me to wait a few months and now it’s more than 6 months their visible joints, lot of ripples and bumps on turf which I complained again… April they said they too busy but they will send someone in few weeks so a team member came on 15th June finally and as soon he saw the turf he said he unable to fix and taking pictures and videos to send to office and they will call me in a day or 2 with next step, now I am sending them emails and no one really bother to reply…. Why they say 2 years warranty and 10-year guarantee…. if they cannot fix in 6 months….look like they just keep dragging the time so 2 years warranty will pass?? I want them to get this fixed without any further delays…..and as said I don’t want 3 joints since their words was these lines will disappear, and has failed in 6 months so amount of money spent why should I be in situation that after few months same line will appear again and I will just be chasing these guys again…. My landscaper made several mistakes with our lawn, which left me with a lot of concerns. When I called Trulawn, I was fortunate to speak with Melody, who was absolutely outstanding. Even though I wasn't a direct customer, as my landscaper had purchased from Trulawn, Melody took the time to help and support me. She listened patiently to all my concerns, provided her contact details so I could send photos of the lawn, and carefully reviewed everything I shared. Over the following days, she answered numerous questions, guided me on what should have been expected during the lawn construction process, and even sent helpful YouTube guidance on the correct laying procedure. What impressed me most was that no question ever seemed like a burden. Melody was always kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me understand the situation. She went above and beyond to make me feel supported and reassured during a stressful experience. I've rarely experienced customer service of this standard. Melody's care, patience, and willingness to help someone who wasn't even a direct customer were exceptional. She is a real credit to Trulawn. Thank you, Melody! More...

Really happy with the service from Tru Lawn from start to finish. Daniel came out first to survey the garden and talk us through all the options. He took his time, explained everything properly, and didn’t rush us at all. Our garden is quite big, so we were a bit unsure how it would all look and whether it would tie in with the rest of the landscaping, but he gave us confidence from day one. Once we agreed everything, Darren and his team came in pretty quickly to get started. They were friendly, polite, always on time, and just easy to have around. They worked hard, kept things tidy, and left the place looking great each day. The end result is honestly better than we expected. The lawn looks amazing and fits in perfectly with the rest of the garden. Overall, a really smooth experience with Tru Lawn. Looking forward to properly enjoying it this summer. More...
