I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company.

They force me to paid £390 upfront after being told the agreed cleaning service would be completed. Unfortunately, the work carried out did not match what was promised. The agreed tasks were not completed, and the service provided was only a basic surface clean rather than the deep clean and additional work I paid for.

I feel I was pressured to make full payment in advance, and after payment I was left with unfinished work and a service that did not meet the agreed description.

I would advise anyone considering using this company to make sure they have clear written confirmation of the work included and to be cautious about paying the full amount upfront. More...

Lady who did my cleaning was good only thing is I told her to clean dishes and she left them, I'm not sure why she left them I thought they would have cleaned them as part of the clean? I was later told by office that they do not usually clean dishes so because of that I am giving them 4 stars More...

Removal service was quick efficient and fair pricing, I would say yes to a second service. Thumbs up lads
