I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Chris Downs for going above and beyond in everything he did to help me with protecting my elderlyparents from being misled and missold loft insulation . I spoke to Chris late afternoon and he arrived at my parents first thing the following morning to look at existing loft insulation etc . To cut a long story short Chris went to the police himself and reported the fraudsters on my behalf as I was staying beside my elderly parents as these fraudsters were due to arrive . Chris saved my elderly parents over £3000 and has not charged a single penny for everything he has done for them and my sanity. They removed spray foam insulation, replaced the roof timbers that it had rotted, cleared the loft and provided storage boarding and a solid walkway, all for a reasonable price. They kept us informed about progress while we were away, sending photographs and videos of what they had done, and left everything remarkably tidy when they had finished. From the first contact to the final job everyone I spoke with from Beki in the office to the lovely guys who talked me through everything and then did the job were professional helpful and just lovely people. I never once felt pressured into anything and was also given things to try and do that were alot cheaper to do first then having to pay for the full work. Everything was booked in with easy and couldn't have asked for a nicer company / people and they did an amazing job throughout my flat. Highly recommend them for any pest problems. More...
