Mohamad is great, he's happy to take on any job, and will pick up any extra bits and pieces as the job develops. Reasonably priced and works hard. Will use him again 👍

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the contractor Mohamed Amanollahi, whom I hired through Bark for a home renovation project.
We initially agreed upon a total cost of £2,000, with the work to be completed within five days, starting on the 15th of February. However, the project was not completed on time, and the contractor repeatedly delayed the work without valid reasons.
In addition to the delays, I found serious concerns regarding the quality and safety of the work. For example, electrical wiring was threaded directly above the oven, creating a significant fire hazard. Despite my repeated concerns, the contractor continued to demand additional payments beyond the agreed amount. In total, I paid £3,600, yet the work remains incomplete, and he is still requesting more money.
I have raised these issues on multiple occasions, but instead of addressing them professionally, the contractor became verbally aggressive over the phone. When I mentioned reporting this matter to Bark, he dismissively stated that he would simply open a new account, which raises serious concerns that he may continue to mislead and take advantage of other homeowners in the community.
I request that Bark takes immediate action to investigate this matter and prevent this contractor from continuing such unethical and unsafe practices. Please let me know the next steps regarding this complaint.

“Unfortunately, in my line of work, I sometimes encounter people who, no matter how hard I try to satisfy them, remain unsatisfied. Some clients continuously demand extra work without being willing to pay for it. The reason for your dissatisfaction is that you kept adding tasks to your project, and we completed all of them perfectly, yet you fail to acknowledge that. You don’t seem to realize how much time each of these small additional tasks took. The extra payment you made was solely for the additional work you requested. Additionally, you told me that all the materials were ready, but in reality, I had to purchase many of them myself. A significant amount of my time was spent buying materials, and the fuel costs I incurred while doing so were completely ignored. Despite this, I did not charge you anything for these additional expenses. I always strive to provide the best service possible and ensure my clients are happy with the work. However, fairness goes both ways. I fulfilled my responsibilities professionally and went beyond what was initially agreed upon to accommodate your requests. I hope that in the future, you will be more appreciative of the effort and time that professionals put into their work. Moreover, instead of acknowledging the extra work and effort that was put into your project, you chose to leave an unfair review filled with false claims. This is not only disappointing but also unjust to someone who worked hard to meet your needs. I take pride in my work and my reputation, and I believe that honesty and fairness are key to any professional relationship.” “I also need to add that I never took any money from you by force, and I could never do such a thing. Every payment you made was with your own consent, confirmation, and approval.”

Kitchen Installation & Remodelling
Mohamad is a rare find among contractors in Manchester. He and his partner fit a new kitchen as part of a recent flat renovation.
In addition to the kitchen, they also completed various other projects for the flat including the construction of an enclosed bedroom and the installation of a number of bathroom upgrades.
Mohamad was very friendly and was able to finish the projects at a very fair price for the size of the renovation. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a contractor to assist with development projects.

The first time Mohammed came to hang my fireplace on the wall he did a good job.
He asked me to write a review, which I did.
He came again to do flooring and did a terrible job in both my bedroom & bathroom also came a hour late and was ride to me when i asked wh6 my floor was uneven? I Seen big gaps where underlay was not put and after admitted he only put underlay in half of the room otherwise the door wouldn't shut. Instead of telling me he decided to laminate without the underlay when I have packs of it. He then said he didn't think I wanted beading in the bathroom that's the reason he didn't bring his tools.
He then sends me msgs, slagin off England and the people in it like me.
Please don't use this guy he really is not a professional.

I am an expat here who just came to England and I have worked for so many people so far that if you read the comments about my work till the end you will realize that I always tried to make my clients happy but in relation to you only I can say that I have never seen a person as horrible as you in England. You insulted me so much. In addition, I have to say that you did not make any payment when I repeatedly said that I could fix it for you.
