I reached out to Michaela Girling for my son's GCSE Spanish. Right from the first call, she laid out the way she teaches and what she expects from the student. I contacted Michaela to help with my daughters Spanish as she was struggling at school. Upon meeting Michaela it was an easy choice to select her to help. She is very friendly, and put my daughter at ease straight away. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing my pupils become more confident and proficient in all aspects of their learning. I cover all 4 skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking to give your son/daughter the best chance of success in their GCSE and A’Level examination. I also offer support to KS3 pupils who may be considering French/Spanish as a GCSE option.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed helping and supporting students alongside my full time teaching role. The decision to move away from classroom teaching to start my own tuition business was easy. I wanted my students to receive personalised coaching and tuition from me as a way to improve their confidence and ultimately boost their performance in public examinations.
