Issa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely lovely to deal with, with great communication, punctuality and a very respectful manner in our home. He helped us with a mice problem and what really stood out is that he does not just put down bait and traps and leave. He made multiple visits, took the time to investigate the root cause of the issue, and focused on properly proofing the house so it is very unlikely to happen again. Throughout the process we received constant updates, including pictures of the work being done, which was really reassuring. The attention to detail was impressive and you can really tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, with no shortcuts. The quote was more than fair for the amount of work involved and the quality of the job is outstanding. Issa also reassured us that we could get back in contact if anything else happened, even though it is unlikely it would. We all feel so much more at ease in our home now. I would highly recommend Issa and Merit Services to anyone needing pest control. You will be in very safe hands. More...
