Good Comms poor service.
I don't think I have ever said a cleaner was as bad as me at cleaning. Wooden floor wipe around a rug, wipe a surface around a candle, just really poor.
In credit to the company they offered to come and rectify but not taken up as I did not want that awkward come in what happened scenario.

I’m just seeing this review. Im really sorry you had a poor service.I ensure that all our cleaners are to satisfy our customers. I also encourage customers to be immediately vocal about not happy with the service so the cleaner can rectify it there.The cleaner you spoke about invited you to survey the area and check but you told him it was fine, he left thinking you were happy with the service. I regret that you felt you had a poor service - this not our way as you can see from our reviews.
