Called London Heat Engineers for the annual boiler service a Vaillant Ecotech plus 831 combo boiler. I confirmed a time with Ash and he turned up on the day as agreed. Within an hour he had completed the service and had recommended some additional services which were not necessary for the general boiler service but which would prolong the life of an already 14 year old combi - good advice. Get the job done get the job done once. Had the pleasure of using Arash when investing in a boiler at the end of 2024. Went for a Vaillant Ecotech plus. The previous boiler was entry level but had done more than 10 years of service. Wanted a new boiler with quieter operation that will take us to the next energy transition. We love the radiated heat the CH system gives off. Arash and his team were polite and very punctual. The installation was done very efficiently. Recently we had a Vaillant warranty engineer inspect the installation and they could find no faults with the install. While they were not the cheapest quote we could find. From my first meeting to discuss my requirements through to completion Arash and his team Akbar and Masoud have shown total professionalism. The quality of their work is first class together with an ability to adapt to requests/changes without fuss.
