Kirsty and her team have recently carried out a full renovation of our rental property, including removing and re installing a bathroom which included tiling and fitting a new modern towel rail and extractor, laying flooring, replacing all internal doors, kitchen worktops, extractor hood and sink (including pipework). As we were completely new to property development, the team were invaluable to us, pointing out things we would never have thought of, supplying all materials within our budget and keeping us informed every step of the way.
