I had a leak in my bathroom, and since the system is fully concealed, it was very difficult to identify exactly where the problem was coming from.
When Josimar arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and found the solution straight away.
He handled everything efficiently and professionally, resolving the problem before it caused further damage — it had already started affecting the flat below. Thankfully, everything was fixed properly and permanently.
