I do not recommend this Pest Control Company. They missed Beetle Weevils/Springtails in their Pest Control Report which has contributed to a lot of added stress. They also recommended that my bed be treated for bugs that come into contact and then told my Property Management that I should continue to stay in the Property and when I questioned this they stated “everybody has a lot of bugs on their bed” More...

We had a wasp nest in our loft, which was difficult to access. Some other companies had refused to treat it.Our first technician at Huntsman did have to visit several times as the wasp activity remained high after treatment. On the 4th visit, we had a different technician, AL, and he was able to quickly find another hidden and hard to find wasp nest. He was also very patient and clear in his explanation. It would have been nice to have it all sorted on the first try, but the followup service from the technicians was good. More...

We had a call-out 27th June for an issue which affected two rooms. The guy was very nice, gave us advice, carried out treatment & told me we’d need a second visit. He asked me to pay for both visits that day, and said he would send an invoice.Three days later we found that the issue was more widespread, so decided to buy supplies and equipment to do treatment ourselves. I have asked Huntsman Pest Control for a refund for the second visit, which was not carried out. It has been over a month and they have not sent a refund for the services we didn’t need, or a receipt for the £350 paid.Generally they seem pretty professional and reviews are good, but our experience doesn’t reflect this. If we can get this sorted out soon I’ll happily remove this rating! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Communication with different types of customers is essential because you always learn something new.
We love seeing our customers smile and feel safe after helping them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2016, Gion and his family were affected by a bed bug infection. At that time, they were desperate and didn’t know what to do.
They searched for a pest control company, but that company took their money without doing an effective treatment.
They asked for references and called someone else, who did manage to help.
Jony:
“I remember that moment when I asked the guy (Heera) how his job was because I was interested in learning and dedicating myself to this.”
Heera said:
“If you want, start working for a big company and later, you can start building your own company as I did.”
The process was something of the sort but much more complex than it sounds.
Heera helped Jony build Huntsman Pest Control, and now, Huntsman Pest Control has developed a team that helped over 1,000 customers in 2020.
