We had a call-out 27th June for an issue which affected two rooms. The guy was very nice, gave us advice, carried out treatment & told me we’d need a second visit. He asked me to pay for both visits that day, and said he would send an invoice.Three days later we found that the issue was more widespread, so decided to buy supplies and equipment to do treatment ourselves. I have asked Huntsman Pest Control for a refund for the second visit, which was not carried out. It has been over a month and they have not sent a refund for the services we didn’t need, or a receipt for the £350 paid.Generally they seem pretty professional and reviews are good, but our experience doesn’t reflect this. If we can get this sorted out soon I’ll happily remove this rating! More...

Communication with different types of customers is essential because you always learn something new.
We love seeing our customers smile and feel safe after helping them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2016, Gion and his family were affected by a bed bug infection. At that time, they were desperate and didn’t know what to do.
They searched for a pest control company, but that company took their money without doing an effective treatment.
They asked for references and called someone else, who did manage to help.
Jony:
“I remember that moment when I asked the guy (Heera) how his job was because I was interested in learning and dedicating myself to this.”
Heera said:
“If you want, start working for a big company and later, you can start building your own company as I did.”
The process was something of the sort but much more complex than it sounds.
Heera helped Jony build Huntsman Pest Control, and now, Huntsman Pest Control has developed a team that helped over 1,000 customers in 2020.
