Very disappointed by the service. This company has profited off my dire situation.I spotted a small mouse in my kitchen and room and immediately called their service, they responded and quoted me £80 for booking and £200 to put a pesticide. As I have a vulnerable adult living in the house, who is also immune compromised, I didn’t take any risk and went ahead with the service.The technician came at around 3am, had me waiting an hour. That’s fine, inspected only the kitchen and no other entry point and flat out stated, if he was to take any action it would cost £200. He only put a pesticide in one location and to check the rest of the entry points it would be an additional £200 and to block them off. Bear in mind, didn’t provide any traps or anything. He assured us that if we spotted a dead mouse, contact them and he would remove it free of cost.He assured me that there would be no sighting in rooms or anywhere else and balcony would not be an entry point either. Within 24-48 Hours a sighting was in my room. I reached out to their customer service and they suggested that again to do anything or provide any service between the process. All I was asking was some advice or anything they could do to help in that moment. Again reaching out to the customer service, we’re no help just mentioned that we should complete the service, and pay the £200 and that sightings would be increased, but this contradicted what the technician stated.Found a dead mouse; reached out to them. They’ve gone back to the technician to confirm if that’s what he’s said. First they need to confirm if those are his words then they would take action. Had me waiting over an hour. Again they don’t provide any support if you don’t provide upto £500. That’s their rate which is fine, but they don’t provide any service in between as it probably incurs a charge.Need to further mention, called the council they stated they’d block the entry points and add traps fee of cost. Hence why I didn’t want to pay these guys another £200 and carry on with minimal service, however considering £280 already paid. You’d expect some service. But no nothing, a lot of faffing around on their end. Shame because the technician was lovely.Should’ve waited it out and gone to the council. More...

Diego responded to my 3am emergency call out following my mouse intrusion. While he didn't arrive within the promised hour, (90 mins) he did search for the mouse, identify where it gained entry, laid 2 different types of poison and removed a dead mouse. The staff member who came was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Pest controlDO NOT BOOK! They are a straight up SCAM and your infestation will end up worse than it was before. They’re clearly looking for fast cash and the other reviews are blatantly fake, it’s a joke at this point. & THIS IS ZERO STARS.PLEASE READ THE REAL REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK.I booked with them to get rid of a bed bug infestation and paid for two sessions. I was told after the first session by Mario that all the alive bed bugs would be dead and the second session was only to kill the eggs??? This was obviously a lie because grown bed bugs were still roaming around the house for weeks after, mind you my infestation was not that bad.We followed all the instructions given to us afterwards by Mario: Don’t clean for 14 days after the spray, wash and dry all clothes and bag them in new bags. He even told us to keep our mattresses and we still replaced them (he told us that replacing them was good once he was made aware). We went to Ikea and spent £75 on bags just to resolve this. After the second spray, he told us that we can take our clean clothes out of the bags and put them back because they should all be dead by then and he said we can clean after a couple of days.Guess what? After we put all our CLEAN clothes back, an adult bedbug was crawling on my jumper as I sat down. There were numerous grown bedbugs in my son’s room and numerous ones still alive and big behind the couch so they were NOT all dead. The eggs had also obviously hatched and they were clearly breeding after the second spray! We have all seen almost 50 now in the house!I called to complain and they stated we have to pay for another spray, after the first two didn’t even work? They didn’t care that their treatment wasn’t effective, they just wanted more money. I sent an email in and they are stating they need to investigate. Also, stating that Mario said my house was unclean and cluttered? My house was very much clean and there was no clutter downstairs because he had enough room to flip two couches up and move them around so what clutter?I have a family home, there were clothes that had to be washed and were placed in bags as instructed, they were moved out of the rooms so he could spray and he is saying that is CLUTTER????The spray job took around 10-12 minutes in total and did not effectively kill all the bugs. I have been lied to by this company and have no issue reporting them if needed. They don’t want to do another visit and don’t want to give me a refund, they are a SCAM.I’m sure there will be a bogus reply defending their completely unprofessional decisions during and after the spray job. If you know what is good for you and you genuinely have an infestation that is causing you stress then DO NOT book this company. Those sleepless nights will turn into insomnia :) More...

Used them for my property management company - they do good work but chased us multiple times a day every day for payment to the point of harassment. We are a business who have set days for payments and we were prepared to use them for over 250 London properties we manage, however they are so pushy and also pushed our tenants when they were in their properties to pay on the spot even though it is not there responsibility! I have used Huntsman twice now and they are unbelievably good! The service is so fast and effective, they scheduled my free inspection and then Sebastian came to remove the pigeon infestation in my attic and the second time the mice nest in my kitchen. Update March 2025: Huntsman arranged for someone to come and seal the additional holes that were missed during the first treatment we hope this solves the problem. The technician took the time to address our concerns which was helpful. Thanks to Camilla for arranging this and taking our complaint seriously in the end after a lot of back and forth. Update: We saw the mouse yesterday, 3 weeks after they took the first measures. I messaged them then but yet to be given an appointment, which is unlike their pre-purchase instant responsiveness. Waiting to see the outcome given the 3 month guarantee and will update my review accordingly. Huntsman Pest Control was recommended to me by a neighbour. They were extremely quick to respond as they are available 24/7 and came in the next working day. Diego was very knowledgable and nice and the problem bigger than we thought 😭.
