Absolutely 5 stars for Hoopla Plumbing and Heating! Really impressed with the service from start to finish. We have had a broken WC for nearly a year, and had called 3 other plumbers who had failed to fix the problem. Joe identified the issue immediately, had the parts ready, and quickly and efficiently dealt with it. The work was done properly, everything was left clean and tidy, and the price was fair. Andy & Ollie fitted a Bosch split air conditioning system in our master bedroom. Both were very pleasant to have around and they did an efficient and tidy job, taking great care to ensure that both the inside and outside units were placed exactly where we wanted them. Dear Nicky, I am writing to thank you and your team at Hoopla Property services for the fantastic job you did with replacing my existing hot water cylinder and cold water tank with an unvented dual gas/solar feed cylinder for hot water and central heating. Andy and Ross were a pleasure to have around the house although they spent most of their time in the loft and when I eventually got to see what they’d been up to, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of their work. It looks fantastic and I am delighted with the efficiency of the system and the endless amounts of hot water. I have to also mention how impressed I was with the neatness of their work, the care they took and their attention to detail. They left my house tidier than it was when they arrived, every day!
