Having just had my first experience with Homestyle windows, I wish I had gone there when I had my windows fitted some years ago. This time we were only having the front door replaced and right from the begin I felt comfortable and not pressurised to having a product that wasn't needed. Carl who came out to survey was helpful in given the information needed and allowed to make our own decisions. We was given a time period in which to expect the door to be fitted and it was fitted within that time. Lee and Mason were the fitters who arrived on the day and I found them friendly and professional in their manner, also nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The door and side panel have been fitted to the highest standard and looks fantastic. Before leaving Lee and Mason fully cleaned up removing the old door and panel plus the small amount of mess that happened during instillation. I have another project in mind for a door to fitted in an out building and I will be going back to Homestyle windows for that. More...

I chose them over other companies because I liked the way they quoted and particularly Jack who was extremely helpful and by the way, their windows are made in this country too. Living in a conservation area, we faced strict regulations and required planning permission, which initially felt quite daunting. However, the team made the whole process smooth and stress-free.It all began with the initial visit from Terry, who was fantastic right from the start. He was well-versed in conservation matters, which assisted us in making our decision and gave us total confidence. For our 13 windows and front door, the price wasn't inhibitive and it was very competitive with other companies.We then visited the showroom, where Becca was brilliant, helping us finalise our choices with great patience. Behind the scenes, Dan, the owner, kept everything running smoothly from the office and handled the planning permission complexities beautifully. Carl also came out to do the surveying, ensuring every measurement was accurate before manufacturing. Quality of the product - excellent.When it came to the installation, the two men who did the fitting, Dan and Jordan, were truly outstanding. Their experience and exceptional ability were obvious from the moment they started work. I wouldn’t recommend this company.The windows delivered and installed were not what we were sold by the salesman that came to the house. The widths of the frames and style didn’t match what I had been promised. Bitterly disappointed with what I received.The company had promised delivery by a certain date and didn’t. They were impossible to get hold of for weeks to the extent that I was sure I had been completely scammed after paying the deposit.When the installers arrived they claimed they didn’t have to finish the inside, despite it being in the contract.I wouldn’t recommend using this company and from reading reviews on other forums this is a very common experience.I think the fact that the logo and name on trust pilot is different to the website shows they are trying to avoid actual reviews from customers.
