Our experience of this company is very poor.We accepted the quote of £2,500.The fitting of the grass in some places is very poor, in several places it is not glued down. We paid ( in cash) not realising that the job was yet to be completed.He was to return in a few days time....it is now 3weeks later we are yet to see anyoneAfter many messages back and for to them. The proposed job was viewed on a Friday and completed on the very next Sunday morning. Aside from the initial scheduling of the job going astray, I can genuinely say the finished product is outstanding - a very natural looking 45mm high pile of artificial grass covering a 16m sq. area of our back garden. The viewing and installation team were friendly and efficient with a high level of attention to detail, even when finally cleaning and tidying up the inside and outside of our house. I had 40 sq metres of artificial grass laid and 35 sq metres of Indian sand stone slabs with it.The job was started at the beginning of December and completed at 12. 15 on Xmas Eve.We had some very heavy rain during this period but the Gorilla Grass crew ploughed on regardless and didn't stop working using portable garden gazebos to keep going.The crew arrived each morning and they all had their jobs to do whether it be moving rubbish,sand,cement or slabs.Whilst the patio was being finished some of the crew started preparing and completing the base for the grass.Some of the crew then carried the grass in on their shoulders and the grass was laid on December 23rd and the site cleared.On December 24th the jointing was finished at 12.15 and they left for Xmas. I missed them after they left as l enjoyed their company,taking their orders for coffees,tea and even the odd bacon sandwich 🥪.Total of 7 men over the length of the job on different days all good characters even the Tottenham supporter.😂😂☕☕ More...

Offer a maintenance service but don’t bother. It’s clearly not a priority for them. Spent literally weeks chasing for a date ~ only to be let down each time. I always had to initiate requests for updates and generally came away just feeling like an inconvenience. Not a cheap quote either, but obviously not enough for them and it was very clear I would only be ‘fitted in’ if it suited them and the area they were working in. I gave up in the end and sadly I’m still waiting over another week for a refund of my deposit. More...

We had Gorilla Grass to come and completely overhaul our garden. Prior to their visit it was an uneven, unsafe garden. Now it is a little haven for us to enjoy. They completely levelled out the garden, and created a lovely green space for us to enjoy. Lance and the team were so helpful with their ideas and advice on what to do.
