Cosywarm did a bathroom fit for us and was able to fit us in last minute in an available slot, which we were incredibly grateful for as we were expecting a baby. From start to finish Russell is approachable, honest and hardworking and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the cosy warm team. The bathroom fit required quite a bit of work and adjustment and troubleshooting. Communication was fantastic throughout and the finished product we are so happy with. Russell and Mark installed a complete new bathroom for us and did an excellent job. Friendly service and it was a pleasure to have them in the house.

Some of the unusual features of the bathroom included installing a jacuzzi bath, removing apparent pipework and installing a shower over a double ended bath.

The last point had been said to be impossible by other bathroom designers. I was not satisfied by their explanations on further enquiries and kept looking. When we met Russell, rather than being met with hurdles and 'can't do this', we were offered solutions to get around them. This convinced us to hire him.

The installation itself was hard work with unexpected challenges arising throughout. It is challenges that highlights problem solving and they emerged victorious from all of them! We now have a beautiful bathroom that we love. More...

We wanted to change from electric heating to gas central heating in our 6 bed house. This was a big job but didn’t put russ off. He installed a new gas pipe, new boiler and 14 radiators.
Price was the best out of 4 quotes! Best contractor I’ve appointed by far. Russ was a pleasure to have around. He was happy, respectful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We are really happy with his hard work and can’t fault his positive and professional attitude.

Friendly pleasant Russell was a joy. Came to quote and was at ease, the price was good and time frame was right. Work commenced and he never stopped for breaks. Came back after weekend to flush through the system and everything seems to be a-OK.
