I called this company as I had previously had a bad experience with another pest control company who knew I had a phobia of rats after spotting one in my garden and took advantage of this. When Jordan came out he was horrified that they had used 2 lots of poison in the bait box and most of it was loose and had fallen out on my lawn. This was a danger to wild life and my indoor cat who I let out in the garden every day.He picked up all the loose poison and checked everywhere for me.He also explained what I needed to do if I ever saw any again.He called the other company and insisted they came to collect the boxes and told them what they had done was illegal and a danger to wildlife.He didn't charge for the visit or the advice.I am so grateful for his visit as he gave me peace of mind and I will definitely contact him in the future if I spot any other rats although I'm praying I wont need to.I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.I asked him what his rates were and they are also very reasonable but he put no pressure on me whatsoever.He definitely deserves 5 stars for his service. I had a very good experience with this company, i had issues with mice in the kitchen and bathroom and was worried about using the areas incase one jumped out at me. I contacted Catchem pest control and spoke with Jordan on the 020 number after researching and found they was available the same day and reasonable pricing.They turned up on time and dealt with the issue straight away, they found that the mice was getting access from a gap around he pipes in the kitchen. I wanted to leave a really positive review for Jordan from Catchem Pest Control.I had previously used a well-known pest control company, but honestly, they did a very lazy job. They simply put bait down, waited a few weeks, and charged me a lot of money without actually dealing with the real issue. Unsurprisingly, the mice came back.I have a huge phobia of mice, so the whole situation was extremely stressful and got to the point where I didn’t even feel comfortable staying in the house. I found Jordan from Catchem Pest Control on Facebook and contacted him, and from the start he was very helpful, easy to speak to, and genuinely sympathetic about how stressful the situation was.What stood out most was that Jordan understood the real solution: to stop mice properly, you have to find and block the entry points. The previous company refused to do this, but Jordan actually took the time to investigate properly. He even had to go under my kitchen to block the holes, which I really appreciated.Since Jordan carried out the work, I haven’t had any mice issues. We woke up to our kitchen and hallway absolutely swarmed with ants and didn’t know what to do. We called on a saturday morning not expecting any help until monday but within the hour Jordan had arrived and started treatment.
