We work closely with the planning officer to achieve the best outcome. We are planning agents for many Authorities across the South West Region. 99% of our planning applications are approved the first time around.

Complete Building Regulations drawings and submission for Building Regulations approval. We are partners with Local Authority Building Control (LABC).

Fixed fee service for permitted development applications so you have the correct approval in place, as permitted development rules can be complex, and we always advise obtaining a response from the council to confirm planning is not required. This provides peace of mind if you come to sell the property at the conveyance stage.

Structural calculations for simple open plan living to complex alterations, including loft conversions

For New-Build properties or developments, we can provide a Professional Consultant's Certificate so buyers can obtain a mortgage as listed on the Council of Mortgage Lenders. The certificate follows on from site inspections.

Complete a digital survey of your property, providing you with floor plans and a virtual tour of the property. Can be useful for surveys before the commencement of works, at the first fix stage and at completion.
