We immediately invite our prospective clients on a video call to be able to make a personal connection. This call is free of charge and our gift in these challenging times!
After we have had a chance to meet on a video call and agreed how to best work together, we still love to pay a personal visit to the site or arrange for a survey to be done if this can be done safely.
Going forward we can accomplish the process online until the construction phase begins.
Prospective customers should be aware that it takes commitment from both sides to work remotely together. If we are in agreement here, a wonderful process can unfold and there should be happy clients with a new extension or new house at the end of it.
We do not need to meet our clients in person, so there is no risk involved in working together.
If we make a site visit, which we like to do at least once*, then all the safety precautions will be taken and they are the same ones e.g. estate agents take, like wearing a mask, opening windows as much as possible, handsanitizer, keeping a distance and limiting the visit to 50 min.
* This will be explained further to prospective clients in our initial video call.
