Having worked in and seen that too many (not all) passenger transport companies often under deliver in service and/or price when it comes to the important journeys.
We wanted to offer our mission using a simple, clear and true approach to pricing, with a driver experience that is as personal as it is professional.
We may often be the cheapest provider based on our experience, not because we undercut against a competitor price or provide a sub standard service.
It is because we don't simply offer a price based on distance travelled per mile, which is the common way for 99% of passenger transport companies.
Local short trips based on per mile is acceptable. But mid to long distance journeys need to be fairer, using actual time taken on the job plus real fuel cost, not distance per mile.
This way pricing is more accurate and fair, to both client and driver, as both need to be looked after. We like it and so do they! Look at our happy client photos as proof!

Often it is simply too far away from Preston, and not long enough for us to consider as the quote will be too high. But we do have customers who pay that too to have us :)

The only difference is implementation of screen partitions in most vehicles (not possible in all) between the driver and customer, and loss of the front seat for a customer.
Apart from that, the cleanliness and hygiene of our vehicles and our drivers has always been the case. No one wants to pay and get in a dirty vehicle right?
