Was treated by Tom for an injury to my MCL, from the moment i first phoned PhysioFitness it was a hassle free and professional service i received.Tom was able to see my injury the same day i phoned, something i have never experienced with any other physios or doctors. The injury was assessed and Tom soon set about getting me back playing Football again, showing me numerous exercises to regain strength as well as writing a detailed 3 week training programme, something i found very useful.After a few visits to see Tom my injury was healing well and he set me up with another 3 week cycle before i was able to resume full contact sport ready for the new season.A couple of weeks later i received an email from Tom who was checking my knee was recovering and feeling ok, which shows he always wants the best for the patient.Would recommend Tom and PhysioFitness to anybody that has suffered from an injury or is in need of a physio. Excellent from start to finish.
