Angela has been my 'go-to' remedial massage therapist for a few years now. It normally only takes her a session or two to get me right again now, having had quite intensive sessions early on. She not only gets the muscles relaxed and flexible age but teaches ( and re-teaches) me exercises and stretches to keep them sorted. Most recently, a single session on my shoulder, which was frankly quite uncomfortable, did the job and freed it up allowing the pain to subside over the following days. Thanks so much Angela! More...

Amazing. I've had a bad back for ages and after a couple of visits it has settled right down. As well as treatment there is also lots of helpful advice on better training and how to avoid problems in the first place. I would definitely recommend.
