It hit me like a roundhouse to the head when I kept falling off of my routine and not reaching my goals. That's when a good friend friend of mine called me out. He held me accountable and my mindset shifted. Hell yeah, I went from skinny fat to ripped to shreds but it turned out that my body was just the bonus. Only through the power of accountability & commitment to my workouts was I able to optimize my FOCUS. Within a few years, my relationships, finances, and future were transformed, eventually growing my 1st 7 figure business in NYC and beyond. As an entrepreneur of 10 years, I came to the realization that in order to live my true purpose - I needed to be myself for a living. I wanted to show others that the power of committing to a self care routine, not just fitness - can change their reality. I've discovered a way to translate the accountability my friend created for me into a sustainable, empowering template for my clients. Now I want to share my method with you to show you what you can achieve. Because everyone can use a little Tough Love.

Through high level habit change via multilayered accountability, tracking, education and personal challenge.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Accountability creates consistency. Consistency builds habits that become easier over time. Easy habits create an internal desire for more ergo a mindset shift and by default, a need to increase intensity/volume. Tracking visually helps you create self challenge and tap into the brains reward system. It starts with showing up for a minimum of 66-200 days. Once this autonomous habit is built, we start stacking and keep tracking and if you're committed - the sky is the limit.

What do you love most about your job?

When people tell me how we've shifted their mindset, changed or saved their lives, given them abs that they've never had is EPIC. But, when they realize that their body is the just the bonus and that this is all about mental health and how a physical habit can transcend into personal development - it makes my year.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My discovery of how my own personal development was impacted by the mental health benefits of a consistent, fitness-centric personal care ritual. Accountability to fitness/martial arts saved my life, pushed me out of my comfort zone daily and turned me into am entrepreneur.

I live my practice and have chosen this path as an opportunity to fulfill my purpose of positively impacting mental health through physical fitness. My methods get long term results and my reviews speak for themselves.
