Meeting a great variety of people with different origins and background is a blessing.Seeing people to get results, to spend quality time whilst i am training my clients, feeling that we are living our dreams shearing positive vibes.

What inspired you to start your own business?

As child I used to be really overweight and bullied at school.I was lucky to be introduced to an active lifestyle thanks to my uncle that is a P.T.
I have been going to the gym since I was 14 years old.I became a national champion of body building at the age of 18 years old.

I went to univeristy and I studied physical education and I took a Qualification as personal trainer.
I decided to turn my passion to profession and to help people to live the virtue of an active lifestyle.
Since than i have been attracting people with a desire to improve their fitness level.
