How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my client achieve their goals by listening. So many trainers decide that since they're experts on fitness that they're experts on individuals. I create programming to meet my clients need and help them reach their goals in the way that works best for them. I focus on weight training, functional training, nutritional guidance and mindfulness training to help every client be her best.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is consistency and recognizing what your body responds to. Finding exercises that yield results and building them into a program while continuing to do them consistently will get you where you want to go along with a good diet.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients transform. Watching someone week by week grow more confident, get stronger and master their workouts is so rewarding. It's an honor to be able to help someone really hit their stride and reach the goals we spoke about before getting started.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked at a few gyms when I first became certified and the work environments were awful. We were underpaid, overworked and could give our clients the attention they needed. I saw so many people for such a short time and knew if I had more time with them and had the opportunity to offer more than just an hour workout, my clients would thrive. My father is also my biggest inspiration. He's run his own business my entire life and used it to take care of our family. His success showed me that entrepreneurship is a viable and rewarding option worth pursuing

I've been able to transform myself from someone who's never lifted before to someone who's good enough to compete. I know what it takes to make a big change first hand and I've been able to do the same for all my clients.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the start of the pandemic, I've added virtual options for all my offerings that way I can serve clients in the event of another lockdown or if they're just not comfortable being in a public gym.
