How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will guide you during this process teaching you about nutrition and training science, together we will work on strategies that will help you to overcome possible obstacles you might be facing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is not 'secret', consistency is everything when we are working on reaching a goal, it applies for most things in life, discipline is what makes a difference. Taking care of nutritional habits, proper training, learning to deal with stress and improve sleep quality are important elements we need to take care of, and learning how to sustain them in time is what will allow us to achieve the results we are looking for.
What do you love most about your job?
The positive impact I can have in other people's life, in their health, the way they feel and their well being.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been practicing sports for over 16 years, I am very passionate about martial arts, so I wanted to improve my knowledge to learn how to transmit it to other people.
For me training became an amazing way to find balance within, and a great self discovery tool that has helped me to navigate life with its ups and downs.
I think training can be a very healing experience.
