I will conduct a meeting before the first session to see what the client's goals are like and analyze what will be best for each client.

The secret is working hard and eating right. You have to put the work in and also eat right to see beneficial results.

I love helping my clients and seeing them achieve a goal they set just a few weeks when I started training them.

I want to expand and influence more people to be better. Over 40% of the population in the United States are obese and I plan to make a change by starting small and then evolving into something bigger.

I think you should choose what offer because I will be real with you and will not pamper or sugarcoats things. YOU NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF BUT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH YOU NOT PUTTING IN THE EFFORT.

This depends on the client's locations and can be discussed but in general yes it is both .

I will always have face masks on if the client requires them and will wash my hands regularly.

Services

This will be an hour one-on-one zoom meeting with me talking about YOU. Life problems, money, relationship, anything you want, I will be there to listen. I will give advice logically, and based on life will be very objective. Feelings might be hurt during this session but you have to take the Red Pill in order to progress in Life. It will change your life and the way you view life.

This will be an hour long workout session consisting of endurance, strength, balance, or flexibility. They are explained below:

Endurance activities often referred to as aerobic, increase your breathing and heart rates. These activities help keep you healthy, improve your fitness, and help you perform the tasks you need to do every day.

Your muscular strength can make a big difference. Strong muscles help you stay independent and make everyday activities feel easier, like getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, and carrying groceries. Keeping your muscles strong can help with your balance and prevent falls and fall-related injuries. You are less likely to fall when your leg and hip muscles are strong. Some people call using weight to improve your muscle strength “strength training” or “resistance training.”

Balance exercises help prevent falls, a common problem in older adults that can have serious consequences. Many lower-body strength exercises also will improve your balance.

Stretching can improve your flexibility. Moving more freely will make it easier for you to reach down to tie your shoes or look over your shoulder when you back your car out of the driveway.
