Usually, the Online Personal Training is a way for clients to continue on their own after they've hit their goals.
The Virtual Personal Training is for those who may not want to travel and is an option for those who travel often.
I made a lot of changes, to offering more Virtual sessions, to working in a private studio that limited the amount of people in the facility at one time, to getting vaccinated and boosted. But now, there isn't much restrictions as there were.
