Writing to recommend my personal fitness trainer Louis Labonté. He’s extremely patient kind and gives you a good workout every time. If you ask, he’ll give you dietary support and homework workouts. I read a post on here saying that $100 per session is a little bit too dear. However, the accountability that a personal fitness trainer provides is priceless. If you’re the kind of person that really wants to make a physical change but cannot motivate yourself -by yourself -to work out, the investment of $110 a week or $180 a week for two sessions could lead to a priceless change in your quality of life.
Louis also offers spiritual guidance tailored to your particular spiritual, experience, beliefs, or lack thereof. He’s helping me get myself back on track and I can’t see enough about his patience and Grace in doing so.

I think I am a good fit for many people as i specialize in many different demographics. I also actually listen when people tell me what they are looking to achieve and I write each individual workout with what they tell me in mind. Also my workouts are ALWAYS different. You will NEVER get bored as they are NEVER the same. I always try to make it as F-U-N as I can!
