Louis is respectful and accommodating but also highly knowledgeable when it comes to full body training. We focused on body weight training which was excellent for someone that is starting out. I quickly gained strength and muscle, lost some weight. His workouts were dynamic and would adjusted according to my feedback. I’ve had several trainers in the past, Louis is at the top of my list.
