I first discovered fitness as a troubled 19 year old, when the only exercise I'd ever done was run from the cops. Naturally, I had severe ADHD & problems sticking to anything.

It hit me like a roundhouse to the head when I kept falling off of my routine and not reaching my goals.

Through high level habit change via multilayered accountability, tracking, education and personal challenge.

Accountability creates consistency. Consistency builds habits that become easier over time. Easy habits create an internal desire for more ergo a mindset shift and by default, a need to increase intensity/volume. Tracking visually helps you create self challenge and tap into the brains reward system. It starts with showing up for a minimum of 66-200 days. Once this autonomous habit is built, we start stacking and keep tracking and if you're committed - the sky is the limit.

When people tell me how we've shifted their mindset, changed or saved their lives, given them abs that they've never had is EPIC. But, when they realize that their body is the just the bonus and that this is all about mental health and how a physical habit can transcend into personal development - it makes my year.

My discovery of how my own personal development was impacted by the mental health benefits of a consistent, fitness-centric personal care ritual. Accountability to fitness/martial arts saved my life, pushed me out of my comfort zone daily and turned me into am entrepreneur.

I live my practice and have chosen this path as an opportunity to fulfill my purpose of positively impacting mental health through physical fitness. My methods get long term results and my reviews speak for themselves.

Online via my app, zoom or a mix of both. I currently only offer in-person to groups or select clients for travel packages, yachts and or events in Tulum, Mexico.

Our flagship program takes you through 4 x phases of 3 x months each where we focus on transforming your mindset and lifestyle through a 1-on-1, personalized strength, recovery and ritualistic self care program.

Think habit change where the added bonus is a 6 pack, massive professional and personal growth and an on call lifestyle mentor via text.

A more dynamic blend of functional strength training to lean out, tone up to get those abs and glutes popping. Built around your environment, incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbells, cables, barbells, bands or whatever you have available.

Our approach to recovery focuses on blending breathwork and isometric holds as well as yoga centric primal mobility.

Working collaboratively with our women's hormonal coach, wellness chef, gut health expert and exercise scientist, we design a tailored program to help you biohack your hormones.

As specialists in this field we can assist in maintenance by working with your physical therapist and/or correct basic dysfunctions. We've had great success in stopping fibromyalgia, migraines and pain from excessive sitting, tight hips and back pain as well as neck issues from living on our phones.
