The trainers at Forward Motion are knowledgable and created an individual program to fit my needs. The trainers are skillful and continue to review and revise your program to assure continued progress. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We create the perfect underlying structure and movement of the individual bones of the body and then strengthen with physical therapy, massage, nutrition based on blood work and finish off with functional performance training.
