Staying motivated and having discipline will get you further than you may think. Keeping your workouts different and challenging so that they do not become stale. Nutrition is key, but it can be kept simple so that the food still taste good and it does not become a hassle for you to change your eating habits. Portion control is key.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being a firefighter because it is a new experience every day, and It brings me joy knowing that I have helped someone on the worst day of their life. As a personal trainer, I feel the same way, however it is a different feeling when you help others to help themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have not started my own business, but I am new to personal training but not new to Fitness. What inspired me to become a personal trainer in the first place is that I wanted to help people achieve their goals aside from what I do as a fire fighter.
