I wanted to find out the location of my partner who I didn’t totally trust so I got a app. It really didn’t get me the satisfaction I wanted but I am glad I went ahead to get it. I returned home from a job interview and had a bonding date with my step-daughter. She hugged me, and I told her how much I loved her. She turned and said that matt loved her as well. When I asked who "Matt" was, she told me that while I was gone, he had come to my home, slept over with her mum. Fortunately, Matt left a note containing his number saying, “You can call me if you need anything”. I got the number and talked to my best friend about it, he recommended the services of a phone expert, Jim. I wrote to him at targetspytech @ gmail and got his phone number. We converse and I explained the heartbreaking situation to him, we agreed on a fee. He gained complete access to his information using the phone number I got. I saw all his texts with my partner,call log, recent locations and pictures and videos of both of them. My heart was broken into shreds. I never imagined surviving that but here I am writing about this. I filed for divorce later though. I am also recommending Jimmy if you ever find yourself in such dilemma. More...

I have been working with James for the past several months. Not only have I lost around 25 pounds but I have discovered so much about my relationship with food! James supported me through uncovering my emotional blocks and thinking errors/traps. He also helped me focus on true lifestyle change rather then yo-yo dieting and black and white thinking. As an aspiring actress, my physical appearance is crucial in my success. I have battled a lifetime with food issues from being a picky eater as a little girl, to doing fad diets in high school, to stress eating late at night. Working with James has made such a tremendously positive impact on my relationship with food, my career, my confidence, and my life. He has customized a plan that helps me reach my goals in a healthy and fun way with motivation that continues beyond our workouts. Hiring James was the best decision I have made in my entire life . When I first came to James I was struggling with my weight and would ride the same yo-yo diet rollercoaster each and every year. I would lose 20lbs and gain even more and I felt like I was doomed to stay on this perpetual cycle. I decided to look for a personal trainer who can help me finally achieve my goal and boy did I hit the jackpot with James!

He is very caring and professional but more importantly I never have felt better in my entire life than I do while working with him! Since working with him I have lost 35 lbs and can now fit into clothing I never have fit into since my college days ! His workouts are amazing but the main benefit is that his job does not just stop after a one hour workout and instead he works hard to integrate himself into your life to help changing your mindset , and eating habits along the way .

My relationship with food has improved so much and I no longer need to restrict myself in order to lose weight. Working with him I got so much more than a personal trainer , I got a friend and a life coach to guide me every step of the way and support me when I am in need all the time !

Working with James has been a life changing experience . When I first met James, I came to him because I had wanted to lose weight. I have tried every single diet plan out there from whole30, weight watchers, keto, paleo, etc and nothing ever worked for me in the long run. I would do really well for the first few weeks then life would happen and I would fall off my plan and say screw it . I felt like I was doomed to be overweight my entire life and I would always be a prisoner to the yo-yo diet cycle.

From the very first Call with James I finally felt confident that with his help I would not only lose the weight, but be able to keep it off forever and man was I right. I have lost over 40 lbs and have not gone back to any of my prior bad habits . James gave me the system , support and accountability that I needed to be successful in my journey. He provided me with amazing workouts that were always fun and challenging and has really worked hard with me on my diet so I no longer restrict my favorite food items and still lose weight !!! He is literally there for me all day long for any questions or support I may need and I am so thankful to have him as my trainer as this has been such a life changing experience. This is the first weight loss program that I've been on where I didn't have to count calories and not have to purchase special food products. The foods required are just your everyday common foods. I'm rarely hungry. My friends can't believe how much food I can eat and still lose weight. It's amazing! It took a while but with persistence and James’s help I finally achieved my goal! The weight loss plan was easy to follow and to stick with. One of the real keys to my success was being accountable to James.


The program has been such a wonderful experience for me. Not only am I fitting into clothes better, but I feel so good about myself and what I've accomplished. I always used having four children as my excuse for the extra weight. Now I'm eating healthier and exercising which has given me so much more energy to keep up with the kids! The program has definitely given me the tools to keep the weight off and the motivation to keep exercising. Thanks James!

James was the best trainer I've ever had. He completely changed my life and I don't say that lightly. He pushed me like no other. He put in SO much time to create a personalized program and he was extremely professional . James gave me his FULL attention always! I was with him for 3 months and lost 26 pounds. But more importantly, my belief in myself skyrocketed. He made me feel like I could do anything I put my mind to. I am so indebted to his care and his patience with me. My goal in working with James was to maintain my body weight while increasing my endurance workouts, specifically for long runs. James helped me dial in my nutrition. The underlying goal was not to lose strength while training for this long run and James got that even though I didn’t say it. I felt properly fueled for the workouts. I never felt starved, even after 20 mile runs. The big bonus was that my gym workouts improved, too. Yep, I got stronger. My body weight remained constant, though I think my body composition may have gotten a little leaner and I’ll take that as a win. James was super supportive throughout the process. My goal in working with James was to lose weight and improve my performance in the gym. James gives you all the tools to succeed: daily check-ins, rockstar workouts , and accountability and a cookbook. He is available with questions and will help you plan for eating out or vacation trips. Also, the flexibility of being able to eat your favorite foods or desserts helps to stay on track without feeling totally restricted. I dropped from 251 to 175 pounds. I went from size 18 to 8-10. If you follow James’s guidance, be consistent, and hold yourself accountable you will be successful.


Working with James as a coach soothes the savage dieter within me. The heaving mass of conflicting nutritional mandates that I carry around is, for once, quiet. Know why? Because it’s not my job to worry about it. The scale didn’t move this week? I know that James got a plan. I don’t have to wonder if I should start doing two-a-day workouts or quit drinking for thirty days or do a six hour Google-deep-dive to dissect the definition of “healthy fats.” I know that there is a trained, objective, civilized professional at the wheel. All I have to do is show him what I eat. Work out. Weigh in. It’s the simplest thing I’ve ever done.


James is a fantastic coach who continually kept me motivated and worked to find solutions that met the life I am currently living (not the imaginary version of me who is good all the time). He was knowledgeable and able to speak from his own real world experience of lifting and of losing weight. It is important to note how positive he is. I felt supported and inspired by James. And I trusted that the advice he gave me had nothing to do with fads and buzz words, but was backed by real science and real proof of what works. It wasn’t sexy but it worked!

I travel a lot for work, and it was important for me to find someone who was very flexible. It was such a relief to have found James. It meant I could continue to keep up with my commitments and work around them.

I am a thirty something year old mother of three lively young kids. We have two dogs and a cat and along with my husband we keep the household ticking over, the kids and pets fed, play taxi for the kids hobbies and hectic social lives and we both work full time jobs. That’s it – that’s my list of excuses as to why I piled on almost 60 pounds over the last few years, why I was eating an un-healthy diet, why I was tired all the time and why my moods were all over the place. I needed help.

Since beginning with James I’ve made great progress – more than I had imagined if I’m honest. I have lost 37 pounds , gained definition and tone losing 17 inches around my body, have lowered my body fat 15.5% and dropped 2 dress sizes. I’m more focussed in life in general, less stressed, feel more energetic and all round I’m happier.

I am still a work in progress and while I might not be there yet I am a hell of a lot closer than I was yesterday and I know I will continue to improve. I cannot thank James enough for his commitment and his friendly, professional and dedicated approach to personal training and his nutrition coaching.

I would highly recommend James to anyone – it really is an investment in yourself. Also, be prepared to put in the effort yourself, James will give you the winning formula and encourage and guide you every step along the way but you need to deliver on your side of the bargain!

In just 3 months training with James I've lost a total of 22lbs, 7% body fat and 30 inches.
 
James has motivated and encouraged me to lead a better, healthier lifestyle and I have greatly reaped the rewards of that.
 
I have dropped from a size 16 to somewhere between a size 10/12 and my conifdence has grown.

I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life and this is the first time in my entire life I finally have it in control and feel like I can sustain my results for the rest of my life . With James’s help I have lost over 35 pounds , and finally fit back into my skinny jeans. But more importantly I also have a healthy relationship with food and no longer restrict myself around my favorite foods, but instead have them in moderation. This was a game changer for someone who has struggled with dieting and all the various fad diets found on google. By far the best investment I could have ever made was working with James . I saw incredible results in my body and felt so much better physically and mentally. My body feels strong and my muscles have never been so developed and toned! There were many times that I would focus on the numbers (weight, measuring tape) and become discouraged, but James taught me to trust the process, forget about the numbers, and how to feel my way to positive results. James is, hands-down, the best fitness coach I have ever had. He has a huge store of knowledge on fitness and nutrition and maintains professionalism without sacrificing personality. Within the first two weeks of training with him, friends and family began noticing my defined muscles . I have struggled with my weight my entire life and began yo-yo dieting in my twenties - more than a decade now. I found James at a particularly low point, where I felt like I could not turn things around on my own. While losing weight at that time was important, what I really needed was to break free from a lot of the negative emotional habits I'd developed over the years. With James's coaching, guidance and support, I've changed some of my most deeply-rooted and damaging habits, including binge-eating late at night, stepping on the scale daily and letting it control my mood, and criticizing myself constantly. Now, I have a nightly routine that helps me avoid emotional eating, I don't obsess over the scale and I really am kind to myself. I can not even begin to describe the change that James and his program made for me.  I had tried every yo-yo diet and exercise program in the book and was never able to see results.   I normally quit because I either wasn't seeing results or couldn't stand not eating what I wanted so I would end up binging.  It was a vicious cycle. Working with James changed it all. He showed me it was all about fueling my body and not restricting myself to a diet that would always be temporary.  He taught me how to eat for me.  He taught me that carbs and fat are not the enemy and I didn't  have to eat salads or chicken and broccoli everyday to achieve my goals.


He worked with me during my most challenging times in my personal life and motivated me to stay on track. If you want to make a life change that is possible to maintain this is the way to go.  James is incredibly motivating, positive, and an absolute joy of a person.

James reintroduced fitness and nutrition to me in a manageable and fun way. He is a true professional, he understands how to help you with a customized and accountable plan to integrate into my busy lifestyle. And I have 3 kids and a demanding career so when I say busy, I mean it!

To be honest, I was initially hesitant to get a trainer or coach (how could I hide my candy addiction :)), however working with James to get back in shape has been much easier than I thought. He was there to keep me accountable and his approach to health, fitness and nutrition is achievable.

I came to James to start a healthier life style. It wasn't about weight loss but more about accepting the body that I have and to become stronger both mentally and physically. I was worried at first, going with an Online Coach, but it ended up working out very well for me and my personal life. James was able to cater to my needs and worries. He offered excellent customer service and well thought out workout plans that worked for me and my busy schedule. 
James's personality was also a plus, he would offer great conversation and his sense of humor would let you know that everything would be okay, even if you were struggling.  I would highly recommend James to anyone who is looking to lose weight or become stronger both physically and mentally.

I was motivated to work with James because got sick of feeling crappy – I wasn’t fit or healthy and my body was falling apart at 30! I was getting migraines all the time, my neck, shoulders and back were always sore and was out of breath doing light physical activity.
James understood this and showed me all the right ways to make slow and steady adjustments to my diet which would be sustainable for the rest of my life.  We worked on a steady integration of exercise into my life so that it would be something that I could continue on my own but wouldn’t be a crazy shock to my body/lifestyle.
And now? I haven’t had a migraine in a year!  In addition to working out, I NEED and truly enjoy my daily morning and night routine of yoga & stretching – as soon as I skip it, I really start to feel it but, unlike last year, it’s a quick fix now.  I feel stronger, more flexible, generally healthier and lighter than I ever have before.  I sleep better and I’m happier too

Working with James has been life changing and I am so glad I took the step to work with him. 

Before working with James, I thought I knew everything there was to know about weight loss and diets as I had tried so many.   I struggled with emotional eating, staying consistent, being patient with weight loss, and most importantly I was so uncomfortable in my skin and embarrassed with my eating habits.  I wanted to be a healthy person and model healthy behaviors for my family, and James has invested his time and energy into my success and taught me how to be that healthy person I wanted to be. 

I decided to work with James because he seemed extremely knowledgeable and nonjudgemental- and boy was I right.  I felt comfortable working with James from day 1 because he created an environment that helped me be honest with him and myself about my daily habits and feelings.  Weight and body image were sensitive topics for me, but James was respectful at all times and able to push me to be consistent and patient with myself and my body as I learned about how to become the healthy person I wanted to be.  While working with James, I lost roughly 30 pounds and feel amazing! James worked to hold me accountable for my actions and taught me strategies for holding myself accountable so I can continue to be successful without him. 

I am incredibly glad that I joined with James, he is well worth it!

Personal Trainers

Before I started working with James, I struggled to consistently make healthy decisions. I was either doing a strict diet like the Whole 30, or I was eating whatever I wanted without stepping on the scale and gradually gaining weight and going up in clothing sizes. I couldn't find a good balance that would help me to lose weight and still live life. 

On my 33rd birthday, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, and I felt terrible! I made a pact with myself, “I will not feel this way on my 34th birthday.” It was then that I decided to make some big changes and I started working with James the next week. I knew that I had a better chance at being successful working with James verses other programs because she was going to keep me accountable. I needed to know I wasn’t alone in this journey.

When I first started working with James, I appreciated that we first focused on establishing healthy habits over time, like eating slowly. Other programs start out with which foods you can and cannot eat, but James really wanted me to focus on my behaviors. I never realized how fast I ate and I definitely was a big overeater because of that. I know my overeating definitely contributed to gaining weight over time.

I also realized that I didn’t have to be “all or nothing”. I could still go out and be social with friends and family and indulge in a glass of wine or dessert here and there – as long as I was practicing healthy habits MOST of the time. I learned that this was a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. It also was extremely encouraging that I was still losing weight those weeks I indulged a little bit more – because I was still making healthy choices too! 

The biggest impact on my life has been the shift in mindset. For me, losing weight was 100% about mindset. I realized that I could resist the cookies sitting in the kitchen at work, or the cake at a birthday party – and I would be okay. I didn’t NEED that food to feel happy or satisfied in that moment. I was going to save those indulgences for when it mattered more to me, like a date night with my husband, or at a friend’s wedding.

My life is completely different now. I lost 50 pounds in a year and am the weight I was at 10 years ago in my early 20s! I feel so much more confident now.

Losing weight and getting healthy has made me a better wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, employee, and more! I’m so much more comfortable in my skin and can truly focus on enjoying life.

The tools I learned while losing the 50 pounds will definitely help me stay healthy in the long run. I know that as long as I consistently practice healthy habits I can maintain a healthy weight.  And if I slip up and make an unhealthy choice, I can pick right back up and practice a healthy lifestyle. Remember, it’s not all or nothing.

When I first came to James, I was at the heaviest I had ever been. I maintained my weight that fluctuated between 232 and 246 pounds, for over 3 years after my son’s birth. I had tried many different diets that just didn’t work for me and were never long lasting. I was at a complete loss and I knew I was desperate for help. I couldn’t find the will or motivation to get started.

Prior to working with James, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Obesity. Wow, seeing “Obese” on my medical record was a HUGE wake up call. I cried for weeks and couldn’t go back to the doctor that labeled me as obese. I was devastated. From the Fibro and PA, I was constantly in pain and any activity took a toll on my body. A simple 30 minute park session with my son put me down for hours and in worse cases it put me down in to the next day. My knees and back would ache because I picked him up and played with him. I would be winded not even 5 minutes in to play and would have to stop and just walk around a bit while watching him play. I would constantly push myself just to be able to play with my kid. I was out of breath walking in to a store with a large parking lot. I was out of breath just doing household chores. 

When I met James, I had a lot of misinformation about weight loss. I thought I needed to change every part of my life and live uncomfortably to be able to lose more than 10 pounds. I thought I had to drink fruit infused water, while completing a 21 day cleanse and only eating vegetables because fruit had too much sugar. James taught me how to live a comfortable life, set boundaries with my eating, keep active, gain muscle and lose weight. This all happened while I was still drinking Starbucks (full sugar) twice a week, eating out once a week, and not restricting my coffee intake. I used the tools that James provided me with and it forever changed my life. I am able to go out to eat with my friends and family and not feel uncomfortable with my food choices. I have the ability to go to a family gathering and know that it is okay to bring my own salad or any food I prefer to eat. I have the ability to enjoy my “happy meals” without guilt and be able to stop when I am 80% full. 
James not only helped me with my fitness and nutrition but his tools helped me during a very tough time. While I was working with him, I was involved in a serious car accident; an accident that I was able to walk away from and recover so quickly, it impressed my doctor.  I can truly say if it wasn’t for James being in my life, I would have never walked away from that accident with no broken legs and heal the way I did. After the accident I was able to use my knowledge with nutrition and not fall in to an emotional eating hole. I was able to maintaining a healthy diet and continue to lose weight, even though I was not able to work for out months after the accident. 

Hiring James as my Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach has been the by far the absolute BEST thing I have done to better myself.

For years I have never made myself a priority , I had let my self go and gained a lot of weight in a very short period of time. Personal Trainers

Honestly, I was skeptical at first while doing my search for a personal trainer. I have always been the type of person who always felt things should be done in-person ( I am old fashioned in that way ) after working with James for over 2 months I can honestly say that it is life changing. I have lost 18 lbs , lost a bunch of inches but more importantly besides his amazing workouts , James has been there every step of the way to make sure I have the support , and accountability that I need to be successful in reaching my goals.

James goes out of his way to ensure that his clients are his number one priority. He has his own unique fitness app which allows me to not only do my workouts but also teaches me proper form and makes me check in for the workouts so I know I am actually doing them. His service goes way beyond that though, he is also there to help with my nutrition and is accessible almost 24/7 which honestly I never realized how valuable that really is. He is the first to help teach and educate along with bending over backwards to make me feel important rather than just a number on a page.

James is second to none. My weight has yo-yo’d all my life. I’ve struggled with it forever. James’ services are unique in that progress is made through small changes over time that yield serious results. I thought it would be a super difficult process and it wasn’t. We made small changes along the way that made a huge difference. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds but I’ve developed habits that have shifted my relationship with food. I can’t believe my progress it’s insane.

I found James on bark and he got back to me promptly. I wasn’t sure if working with him was going to be worth the investment but I’m so happy I did. We are prepping for a wedding in December and I look better than I did in my 20’s. The progress is unbelievable. I look better (down 20 pounds in two months), feel better and am so much happier now that I am eating better and working out with James.

I was intimidated to hire a trainer at first but James is such a good guy. He’s empathetic and truly cares about my progress and is always there for me when I need him. He’s hands down one of the best at what he does. He works his ass off.

James has done so much for me. I’ve worked with trainers before and James is by FAR the best. It’s so much fun to work out with him. I've been training with James for 6 months and it has been life changing. James is honest, patient, and devoted to my results. He was very honest from the start about the time it would take to get me where I wanted to be and always stressed that it's important to do the exercises correctly so you're getting the most out of the work. Additionally, he's always there to pick you up when you're not on your A-game, adjust the workout to your needs/limitations and always makes the maximum effort.

Since training with James my body has completely transformed - I'm down 20 lbs in 9 months, my core strength has taken off, my flexibility has improved drastically and I feel better than I ever have (literally).

James has been fantastic! Went to him on a recommendation from a friend whose results I was impressed by. After a decade of being overweight since college and having tried numerous times myself, I decided to get serious and get a trainer. Within 5 months of working with James, I reached my goal weight and dropped 35 lbs! On top of that, strength grew tremendously. Went from getting exhausted walking a flight of stairs to dominating the stair master!!. Muscle definition and size has grown quite a bit and clothes fit much better now. Dropped 5 waist sizes on my pants and when from a size L/XL to a S/M. It feels good trying on slim fit clothes and they fit well. I would recommend James Lacey and the Booya Body program to anyone. He goes far and beyond what is expected and is amazing at what he does! I meet my clients where they are currently. I find out where they want to go. Then I provide the GPS System so they don't get lost on the way.

A sustainable nutrition plan and exercise regimen you can consistently execute in addition to patience and it's only a matter of time until you accomplish your goals.

There are so many things so it's hard to say. I love when a client starts strutting with some confidence and a big smile. I love seeing clients start to believe weight loss is possible. I love helping people in general both inside and outside the gym.

I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset. I think in grand tapestries especially when it comes to serving others. If I can help more people then I can make a bigger impact.

I think a client should work with me IF it's a win-win for the both of us. When a client joins my team they become part of my family. I go above and beyond for clients that invest in me and my services. I consider myself very knowledgeable in subjects pertinent to fitness, weight loss, and mindset and go to extreme lengths to teach my clients how to get fit. Most importantly, I listen to my clients. I believe deeply that personal training is a people business and I make sure my clients' needs are always met no matter what. But again, the most important ingredient is mutual benefit.

I’m going to be checking in with you periodically to make sure that you’re on the right track and making the progress you’re supposed to make and if not we’ll make the necessary adjustments to make sure you accomplish your goals. I take my personal training very seriously because I take your results very seriously.

My services include in-person Personal Training. It's not just a few workouts and then "see ya next week." With in-person Personal training comes custom meal plans, custom workout plans (when we're not together) made for you and your specific goals and lifestyle. You will have 24 hour access to me if you have any questions or concerns. We will collaborate to execute the safest and most effective program to accomplish your goals. You will also automatically become a member of our V.I.P. Booya Team which includes other custom perks that will insure you reach your goals.
