I've been working in the fitness industry for 15+ years. I am a teacher, counselor, and personal trainer. I know this is more mental than physical and I will help you reach your goals! A healthy diet and exercise plan are important, but your mood and mind play a big part in a healthy you!
I give all my clients a free first session to see if we are a good match. If you are comfortable, love your workout and decide I’m the right trainer for you, I offer; monthly measurements, a body-fat analysis, food plan, weekly food diary, and workouts I want you to complete on your own.
I’m known to send my clients motivational texts and pictures as well to try and keep them on track.
