I started at Active Life Fitness March 2022 after a battle with breast cancer. I knew I had to take better care of my physical body. ALF has been a blessing.This is coming from someone that hadn’t stepped into a gym in over 30 years and who hates to sweat. Marty and all the trainers meet every client where they are physically. They take the time to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly so no one gets hurt. After a few months, I found my balance was better, I have more stamina, and most importantly, I can get through the day with clarity! I’m in a better mood and don’t suffer from as much brain fog! We will then design a program for you that's specifically designed for your goals and abilities. We offer a 30 day nutrition program, complimentary with each membership.
