I have been a client of Kourtney’s for over 6 years. She is professional, caring and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. She has taken my body from post pregnancy to a strong and lean one. Through the years, she has helped me with my nutrition and been there to help me get through injuries. She was able to modify the workout and help me get the results I wanted. I have run marathons, did century road bike races, hiked in the mountains from Yosemite and Colorado to Switzerland and had a few personal trainers - without a doubt Kourtney was the best. Although I have lately experienced some physical limitations, Kourtney used various techniques in order to affect other muscles which lessened my limitations. She would tailor my specific workout plan based on how I physically felt that day but making sure I remained challenged!
I can’t say enough about her knowledge, her strictness on form and emphasis on stretching to avoid any setbacks/injuries.
Biggest thing about having Kourtney as my trainer… her enthusiasm, which is contagious!

Personal Trainers

Kourtney is an excellent coach! She is very attentive to my specific needs or issues. She has wonderful, very detailed workouts planned specifically for me that are adjusted for my level of physical activity. She knows where my limits are and pushes me just a little over without being it too much on my body. Kourtney was always prepared and ready to go the second I walked in. I was only able to work with her for a few months but she got me back on the workout wagon that I had fallen off of during Covid. She listened to my goals and focused a lot on core, overall strength, and endurance. She was very motivational during workouts without being like an over the top cheerleader type. I’ve been training with Kourtney for approximately 3 years. With Kourtney’s help and my dedication, I was in the best shape of my life prior to my pregnancy and worked out with her giving me modifications through most of my pregnancy. My experience with Kourtney has been outstanding! Her approach is amazing. She takes time to listen to my goals and tailors our workouts to that. I got so bored at gyms & wanted to work on strength as well as general fitness but machines are boring & mostly ineffective and gyms are packed & frankly intimidating. Even the classes at gyms no matter how small or big the class size, I was never advised on correct form (not enough) & felt like we repeated exercises/the same routines way too often. Kourtney’s workouts are always enjoyable because there are plenty of variety. She has a great set up with so much to work with !!! I’ve have never even done then same workout twice. We will of course repeat exercises when necessary that are needed in order to gain optimal results in a way that is safe but effective. I feel great & the compliments I have received from friends/family/co-workers have made me notice even more how much my body has changed. Whatever your goals are, Kourtney will without a doubt help you to achieve them. She challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. She’s all about form which is great because I’ve had my fair share of injuries over the years especially working with inexperienced trainers who seem to know what they’re doing at the time but come to find out they were just giving me the same routine as their other clients. She finds a unique way to challenge you, but at the same time making sure you're using proper form to avoid injury. Most trainers I see push people too hard in an unsafe manner and/or have little knowledge on how to work with clients who might have limiting injuries. Today I worked out at Quest again and it was the BEST workout I have ever done! Kourtney Schlemo has been creating workouts that are truly fantastic for years, however today's workout was amazing. .. dynamic, intelligent, and well-rounded. I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form. You'll find a lot of supersets in my workouts to increase Muscular Endurance as well as induce fatigue. In today's age of information for workouts, exercise descriptions, and apps, the value I bring to the table is making sure you're doing it right. Weight position in the feet, balance between left and right sides, balance between antagonistic muscle groups, posture, how you stand, how you sit: these factors will determine your fitness, your injury risk, and your quality of life as you age.

I firmly believe that a good trainer, life coach, or wellness expert must always keep in mind that behavior modification is at the root of our work. The advice I give you won't matter unless I can figure out how to motivate you to make the changes necessary to implement it.

Kourtney was a gymnastics coach for 8 yrs and loved working with all ages and all levels. She has always felt her best when she was able to make a positive impacts in others lives.

After graduating with her Bachelors in Nutritional Science Kourtney wanted to move on & solely focus on helping others of all ages and levels of physical condition achieve overall health, fitness and wellness.

Virtual Training for most of my clients however I do offer in my home gym in EHT. I am vaccinated & boosted and when I need to go out wear a make anywhere I go. I take all the necessary precautions & care about other people’s health just as much as my own.

Individualized Live 1-On-1 Training sessions with me as if you were in the same room with me!
Depending on your fitness goals and equipment, this may be an excellent option for you.

I train clients in my home gym in Egg Harbor Township NJ. This eliminates the problem of having no equipment and training in an environment that is non intimidating unlike a typical gym environment.

I offer traveling to a client’s home to train them in their home gym or wherever they can some space.
IF you don’t own any equipment I can bring some of my own accoroding to your goals!
