Hi my name is Anthony and I'm a NCSF Certified Trainer with 8 years of experience, I also have certifications in TRX, Bulgarian Bag and Body Weight training and also 10 years of experience in Boxing. I can travel to the Bronx, Brooklyn,Manhattan or Queens for home based training and I also offer private studio training.

I’ve been working with Anthony from BMS Fitness for about 2 months now and it’s been one of the better decisions I’ve made this year.

Anthony took the time to realize where my fitness level was (hint: not good at all) then developed a plan to change things around, not only from a strength perspective but confidence as well.

Anthony places a lot of importance on fundamentals, form, and the benefits mobility and stretching vs. workout trends and fads that don’t seem to stand the test of time or provide the results often desired.

On top of the great workout programming and education Anthony provides during sessions, he has a great personality, is easy to talk to, and really creates a supportive environment that makes someone like me who hasn’t traditionally been a gym guy feel comfortable in what can be an intimidating environment.

The best part of all, I’m actually seeing results, and am motivated for these sessions vs dreading them.

If you’re looking to make the leap and make some gains, Anthony at BMS is going to provide all you need to do the work to get there, the rest is up to you.

I started working with Anthony over the summer, just every other week at first. Two months later, I went home and my family and friends noticed me slimming down and toning up! I didn’t see it at first, but could tell I was making some progress! He not only knows the best routines to give me, but also challenges me in areas I wouldn’t have thought of without a trainer! Anthony and I started working together about 2.5 months ago. Since I have met him, I have seen a tremendous amount of improvement in my flexibility, increased my boxing endurance, and most about 10 lbs along the way. He is a great trainer and really responds to what your body needs. I highly recommend Anthony and his training services.

I have been working with Anthony for several months now, he is GREAT. I am feeling stronger and more confident about my body. He is encouraging, non-judgemental, and able to change our routine on the fly. Anthony and I chat the whole time, making the session go by quickly.

Anthony has been my trainer for the past few months and since working with him I’ve seen a positive change in myself and in my body.

The workouts are fun but challenging! He doesn’t let you slack off but is also in tune with what you can/cannot handle.

Anthony is also very punctual which I greatly appreciate. He shows up on time and ready to go.

Personal Trainers

I've been working with Anthony for a number of months now, and I intend to keep going! He is kind, patient, flexible, and a true professional who knows how to push his clients in a supportive way, so that we can reach our goals and beyond. I've seen impressive results already, including in areas of my health and body that I didn't necessarily come in to work on.

Anthony seems to know what I can do more than I do, and his personality helps to allay fears and insecurity. He listens, he encourages and inspires me to work hard, and I hear he's an awesome boxing coach, to boot.

I worked with Anthony as my personal trainer for the past 9 months, and it has been a very positive experience. I've gained a lot of confidence in what I can do, and improved greatly from the time I started working with him. When I first started, I could barely do a sit up, and now I can do multiple full sets, and I really attribute that to the consistency and small steps forward we took in my workouts. One thing I really appreciated with Anthony was his willingness to very frequently change up my workouts based on what my progress was. When I felt like I needed more cardio, but with continued strength training throughout, we struck the right balance to really push me further. Frequently I have been surprised with what I could do, how far I could push myself, and my confidence just continues to grow. On top of all this, you could not pick a nicer, supportive person to work with. Especially as someone a little intimidated to try it, he really made it easy every step of the way. Anthony is a phenomenal trainer!! I've worked with many trainers in the past and Anthony is definitely one of the best. I hadn't stepped foot in a gym for over a year when I started working with him and within the first two months I lost 20lbs! ! He's always pushing me to go past my comfort zone and never pressures me to do anything I'm not ready for.
He's knowledgeable, extremely attentive and fun to work with!! If you're looking for a trainer I highly recommend Anthony.

Its more fun working with someone who actually enjoys working with you and thinks of it as more than a job. Refreshing woeking with someone who actually cares enough to check in and adjust your workouts according to how your body reacts to it. Instead of giving a set plan and sticking to it youre bound to see progress because he caters to ones individual needs. Fitness isnt the same for everyone and Anthony is fully aware and attentive to that fact. I'm first honest with my clients and I don't promote a "quick fix" I treat my clients like an equal to me because I feel that I'm also learning as well. My clients learn about their bodies, I learn about the human condition. I also try my best to keep everything customized and planned out to help them get to their goal.

I always say there isn't a secret pill or secret exercise program to get to the body of your dreams, it takes accountability and consistency to get there

I love to help others get to their goals. This job makes me feel like a artist with an empty canvas. Me and my client have a chance to collaborate together to create the body that they want.

I was apart of a corporate gym and I didn't enjoy it because I felt like I didn't have any freedom and I lost my main purpose in being a trainer. I started focusing on the money and not my clients. I wanted to start my own business to help others in the way that I know how and take care of my clients.

You should choose me because I believe in being honest with my clients and not because I can give you a "quick fix" I believe that fitness is a lifestyle that should not be about numbers like lbs lost rather it should be on how one feels about themselves physically and mentally.
