How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients reach their fitness goals by teaching them weightlifting and calorie tracking. Lifting weights will help build lean muscle mass and consequently increase one's metabolic rate, ultimately resulting in shedding unwanted body fat. Calorie tracking helps us keep control over our metabolisms by providing our bodies with consistent and balanced energy from our diet. Our bodies do very well with consistency in the gym, and in the kitchen!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to getting your dream body -- hard work is absolutely required. If you are looking to lose some weight or improve your health, you will need to start exercising routinely (e.g. 3+ workouts/week). You may also need to adjust your daily dietary habits at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even your snacks. Our bodies are willing to change for the better, but only if we make these changes to our behavior first!

What do you love most about your job?

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business after having worked as a personal trainer at a university in New Jersey, and then a private studio nearby. Although I enjoyed training my clients at each of these locations, I found myself limited in my ability to conduct my work as I saw fit. The allure of autonomy and being responsible for my own livelihood appealed to me, and I did not want to be held back by the confines of an employer or supervisor. My ability to help my clients is vastly increased now that I am independent. :)

Prospective clients should choose me as their personal trainer if they seek someone who has been formally trained in Exercise Science. I graduated from Rutgers University with my B.S. in Exercise Physiology, and often apply my education in real-time during my sessions with my clients. As any of my customers will tell you, I love to talk about exercise, fitness, dieting, and everything in between with great passion! I am motivated to help motivate you make the necessary changes in your life to achieve the fit and healthy lifestyle you have always dreamed of.
