Over a year and a half ago my wife and I joined a Tip Top Fitness boot camp and loved the experience and consistency. Dave got to know all of us and tailored the experience to meet our needs. Our client success begins with our initial consultation. We want to gather as much information about our clients to determine what are the goals of our prospective client. During the consultation, we also want to be able to explain our fitness model and illustrate to our prospective clients the steps we will take together to provide maximum results.

What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was in 9th grade, my gym teacher suggested I become a gym teacher. The rest is history!

Personal, Semi-Private and small group training
We provide Personal Training Services for men and woman between the ages of 35 and 77 years old.
Personal one on one training 30 /45 / 60 minutes.
Semi-Private Training for friends, partners and significant others. Small Group Training at 5:00 am. Ideal for early risers and prospective clients who can only " get it in" at the 5 am hour.
Man-Up Small group training for men only. With a
a focus on changing work-out and eating habits to help men lose body-fat and develop lean muscle mass.
Busy Mother Boot Camp - Small group for mothers with small children. Big hit with our new mothers. Expect to lose 6-18 lb.'s in 6 weeks!
