What do you love most about your job?

I love experiencing my clients 'ah ha' moments with them. Everyone has the answers to their life's questions inside of them, they just need to believe in themselves and take the path that feels the most comfortable and authentic to them. Coaching by asking meaningful questions, allowing them to be themselves and speak their truths opens up doors that they may not have found on their own.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The moment I decided to become a life coach and personal trainer I knew that my clients were the only bosses that I need. I appreciate being hands on with every client and partnering on their journey. It is all in the chemistry and trust I have with clients that makes owning my own company worth every moment.

Everyone's story is unique but the bottom line is we all want to live happy, meaningful lives with purpose, build strong relationships that are mutually enlightening. I have experienced the ups and downs that life can throw to at us: depression, anxiety, divorce, addiction, but I have gotten through all of it with optimism, hard work , self reflection and laughter. You have to be able to laugh to move forward. Life is HARD! How do you define healthy?? Do you want to tone, be more flexible, run a marathon?? All are wonderful goals and can be achieved with determination and the right mindset! We will set short term and long term goals so we know we are on the right path!
Feeling great about your physical self is absolutely tied with self confidence and your emotional self.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

First, what is our goal? What does the body of your dreams look like OR is it more of a feeling?? What is the mindset and outlook of your dreams??
